Chad Nesland - CEO

I have a passion for the power of music to transform lives and transcend barriers of communication.  I’ve had the true blessing of seeing this vehicle of music be used to deliver the message of hope, reconciliation and transformation through the person of Jesus Christ.  In fact, it was this type of experience at a Young Life camp more than 20 years ago that first attracted me to the beautiful story of God’s redemptive work through Christ in human history.  My passion is for my wife, children, friends and loved ones to experience Christ in me, in this life and in the one to come.  During college, I co-wrote a rock/reggae album and performed in various settings as a vocalist and keyboard player.  I currently work for Microsoft and have the awesome privilege of serving on the board of Adoration Ministries, a global non-profit music outreach & ambassadorship organization.  I hold a B.A. Music (University of Oregon) and a B.S. Wendy Nesland - Secretary & Treasurer

I am a stay at home mother of two, Laighton and Brody, allowing me time to serve Adoration Ministries in the role of Secretary and Treasurer.  I have a gifting and passion for facilitation and hospitality and am thrilled to see when God can use His gift in me to bless and encourage others.  I believe that God can use music as a powerful expression of his amazing and tender love for us and am excited to be a part of what He’s doing through Adoration.  I’ve been blessed, as Becki’s cousin, to see God work through her music to bless others as it has blessed me.  I hold a B.A. History (University of Oregon) and can be reached through the site's contact form.

We are John & Teresa Shipp, and our role in Adoration Ministries is rooted in our conviction that worshiping God is a way of life for disciples of Jesus Christ. We are worship leaders and disciplers who live and serve in Southern California, seeking to grow in our love for Jesus.

Honestly, we’re only beginning to learn what it means to worship God in spirit and truth. We are fully convinced that Jesus Christ is worthy of all praise and that the Father blesses his children profoundly when we express our love and adoration to him.

Everywhere we go, we have witnessed God at work restoring lives, and we long to see him glorified even more as he continues to build his church – healing hearts and bodies, renewing minds, saving souls. We’ve been married for 16 years and we have a wonderful 15-year-old son.

Andrea Welch is anointed worshiper and teacher chosen by God to bring His people into His presence.  Trained in voice, dance and music, she currently serves as a worship leader at the Resurrection Life Fellowship.  Through worship, she has been called to consecrate the arts unto the Lord for His glory and praise.  She also serves as a Deaconess on the RLF Church Council. Maurice Welch serves as the Music Director of the Worship Ministry, leading people into the presence of God through Worship and Praise.  An accomplished musician whose main instrument is the piano, he also plays the organ, guitar and drums.  His passion is to use his gifts to exalt the Lord. Together, Andrea and Maurice are committed to minister to others with their unique style of literary and musical works, bringing people into true intimacy with Jesus Christ through prophetic worship, teaching and intercession.
